General Entry Requirements
Obtain the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with a credit in Bahasa Malaysia/Malay Language and pass History (for candidates beginning in 2013). A credit in the July Bahasa Malaysia/Malay Language paper is also accepted;
Obtain at least a CGPA of 2.00 with Grade C in three (3) subjects, including General Studies; and
Obtain at least Level 1 (Band 1) in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET), within the validity period on the date of application.
Specific Requirements: STPM (Science)
Pass STPM or equivalent with a minimum Grade C (CGPA 2.00) in any TWO (2) subjects; AND
Obtain a credit (Grade C) at SPM level in one of the following:
Additional Mathematics; OR
Mathematics and one (1) of the following Science, Technology, or Engineering subjects: Physics / Chemistry / Biology / Additional Science / Technical Communication Graphics / Fundamentals of Sustainability / Agriculture / Home Science / Invention / Computer Science / Sports Science / Civil Engineering Studies / Mechanical Engineering Studies / Engineering Drawing / Digital Graphics / Multimedia Production.
OR: Pass STPM (Science stream) or equivalent with a minimum Grade C (CGPA 2.00) in:
Mathematics (T); and
One (1) of the following Science/ICT subjects: Information and Communications Technology / Physics / Chemistry / Biology / Sports Science / Visual Arts.
Obtain at least Level 2 (Band 2) in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET).
General Entry Requirements

General Entry Requirements

Obtain a Diploma or other qualification recognised as equivalent by the Government of Malaysia and approved by the Public University Senate;
OR Pass Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) in 2018 or earlier with at least Grade C (NGMP 2.00) in three (3) subjects, including General Studies;
OR Pass the Matriculation/Foundation examination in 2018 or earlier with at least a CGPA of 2.00;
OR Pass Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) in 2017 or earlier with at least Jayyid; AND
Obtain at least Level 1 (Band 1) in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET), within the validity period on the date of application.
Specific Requirements
Graduate with a Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.50;
OR Graduate with a Diploma in Science and Technology with a minimum CGPA of 2.50.
Obtain at least Level 2 (Band 2) in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET).
General Entry Requirements
Senior High School / Senior Secondary School / other certificates from government schools (with at least 11–12 years of study from primary to higher secondary); or
GCE ‘A’ Level examination obtained in one sitting; or
Any other certificate recognised by the University Senate as equivalent to the above.
English Language Requirements
TOEFL score of at least 550; or
IELTS score of at least 5.5; or
MUET Band 3.

Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL)
Pass the Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL) assessment conducted by MQA in a related field to be eligible for admission to Bachelor's level programmes (Level 6, Malaysian Qualifications Framework).
Candidates must furnish the APEL Certificate from MQA before the admission process.
Obtain at least Level 2 (Band 2) in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET).
