Introduction
This program is committed to exploring the functions and diversity of ecosystems, while pinpointing challenges in biodiversity conservation and management. Through foundation courses spanning organismal biology, evolutionary studies, taxonomy, genetics, and population ecology, students gain insight into biological hierarchies from genes to ecosystems. Complemented by final year projects and internships, students develop capabilities in species identification, grasp human-ecosystem interactions, and cultivate the skills to propose and execute solutions to tropical environmental issues. Join us to delve into the complexities of ecology, social dynamics, and policy, shaping a sustainable future for biodiversity.
