STPM
General Entry Requirements
Obtain Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with credits in Bahasa Malaysia / Malay language and pass the History subjects beginning in 2013. Credit in Bahasa Malaysia / Malay language paper in July can also be accounted.
Obtain at least CGPA 2.00 with grade C in three (3) subjects including General Studies.
Obtain at least level 1 (Band 1.0) in Malaysia University English Test (MUET) according to the validity period on the date of application.
Specific Requirements
STPM (Science)
Obtain at least Grade C in the Chemistry subject at STPM level.
Obtain at least BAND 2.0 in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET) for the examination starting in session 1 of 2021, the validity period is 5 years from the date the test results are issued.
MATRICULATION
General Entry Requirements
Obtain Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with credits in Bahasa Malaysia / Malay language and pass the History subjects beginning in 2013.
Pass Matriculation-KPM / Foundation Science in UM / Foundation in UiTM and obtain at least CGPA 2.00.
Obtain at least level 1 (Band 1.0) in Malaysia University English Test (MUET).

Obtain SPM with credits in Bahasa Malaysia / Malay language and pass History (2013 onwards).
Obtain a Diploma or other qualification recognized as equivalent by the Government of Malaysia and approved by the University Senate.
OR Pass STPM (2018 or earlier) with grade C (NGMP 2.00) in three (3) subjects including General Studies.
OR Pass Matriculation / Foundation (2018 or earlier) with CGPA 2.00.
OR Pass STAM (2017 or earlier) with at least Jayyid Stage.
Obtain at least level 1 (Band 1) in MUET.

Specific Requirements

General Entry Requirements
Senior High School / Senior Secondary School / Other Certificates from government schools (11-12 years of study).
GCE ‘A’ Level examination obtained at one sitting.
Any other certificate recognized by the Senate of the University as equivalent.
English Language Requirements
TOEFL: At least 550.
IELTS: At least 5.5.
MUET: At least Band 2.

APEL
Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning
Passed the APEL assessment conducted by MQA in related fields for Bachelor’s level programs (Level 6, MQF).
Candidate must furnish the APEL Certificate from MQA before the admission process.
Get at least Level 3 (Band 3) in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET).
