UNIVERSITY'S GENERAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Pass Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with credit in Bahasa Malaysia / Bahasa Melayu and pass History (starting from 2013).
- Obtain at least Band 1.0 in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET).
SPTM GRADUATES
- Achieve a minimum CGPA
2.00 with Grade C in 3 subjects including General Studies.
STAM GRADUATES
- Obtain at least Jayyid Rank.
MATRICULATION/ FOUNDATION GRADUATES
- Pass KPM Matriculation/Foundation in Science with a minimum CGPA 2.00.
DIPLOMA GRADUATES/ EQUIVALENT
- Pass Diploma or equivalent qualification; or, pass with ≥ Grade C in three (3) subjects including General Studies; or, pass KPM Matriculation/ Foundation with ≥ CGPA 2.00.
PROGRAM SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
SPTM/ MATRICULATION/ FOUNDATION GRADUATES (SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING)
- Obtain at least Grade C in Chemistry subject at Matriculation or Foundation level.
- Attain at least a Grade C in any TWO (2) of the following subjects: Mathematics/ Additional Mathematics/ Geography/ Economics/ Chemistry/ Physics/ Computer Science/ Information and Communication Technology
- Attain at least a Grade B in Biology at the SPM level.
- Obtain at least Band 2.0 in MUET.
DIPLOMA GRADUATES/ EQUIVALENT
- Possess a Diploma in a field related to the programme applied for.
- Possess other qualifications recognized as equivalent and certified by the University Senate.
- MUET at leas Band 2.0.
DVM (DIPLOMA IN VOCATIONAL MALAYSIA)/ EQUIVALENT GRADUATES
- Obtain a minimuAttain a minimum CGPA of 2.50 in a field related to Science and Technology
- MUET at least Band 2.0.
